I'm not too sure about the weight loss benefits, since I've been drinking this tea for about a month now and have not seen any sort of weight/fat loss. However, oolong is a very healthy tea in general, with many health benefits, and it also tastes great. It's also a great tea for many food recipes! The included tea bags were kind of weird - I expected them to be individually packaged tea bags, but it's actually loose-leaf, with big tea pouches for making entire pots. If you're just making tea for yourself, you will need a tea strainer.

I really like this tea and I really think it is helping me lose weight. I have lost weight steadily since I started drinking it. It is part of my daily routine now. I've become a tea drinker now also and drink several different teas, but always begin and end my day with a big cup of Wuyi Wu Long tea.

I cannot rate this tea, because I never recieved it in the first place. Spent with shipping and tax over $32 and don't have it.

This product is suppose to promote weight loss and I've not seen results. But it is an excellent product.
