In a word - delicious! This fish comes sealed in air-tight plastic in beautifully designed boxes. It is terrific to give as a gift as well as putting it out for a party. I'll be buying this fish on a more regular basis for my own personal consumption. It is fantastic.

This is not the bright red, thinly sliced, extremely salty smoked salmon I'm used to eating. This is more like dry-cooked marinated salmon. It was a big disappointment.

This was some of the best salmon I've had. After taking a trip to Alaska earlier this year, we were going through salmon withdrawal ... and this 3-pack took care of our cravings! We had a New Year's feast of salmon, crackers, cheese, and champagne -- it doesn't get better than that!

Shipped fairly quick and was packaged nice. The salmon was ok. Not great or what I would consider better than what you can get at a good food outlet. If you live in a big city with options, then your better of getting it there. One item...they leave the skin on, so the flesh absorbs a lot of the smell and oils from the skin. If you're thinking of gravlox, or fish cured in that manner, this is not for you.

Arrived in a timely manner and tastes great. What more could we ask? Free shipping? got that too.
