You mix equal parts of the peach puree, vanilla vodka, and pineapple jiuce - add a small amount of peach schnappes, mix with ice, pour, add a small amount of chambord (after the mix is poured into a glass), and you get an amazing martini.

The jars of white peach puree arrived promptly and still frozen. I've already used one to make Bellini cocktails at a brunch. The children of the hostess liked the puree both straight and in sparkling-cider "mocktails".

The product arrived in great shape in about 4 days. We made drinks and a cheese cake with it and both were fantastic. My only complaint is the price. It ends up being about $30 a quart for this stuff after s&h. Then again the bellini was fabulous!

I ordered this puree on the recommendation of a website I've since lost. The author described the puree as the perfect complement to champagne when making a Bellini.
I said what the heck and went to place an order, but then saw it might not arrive in time. I called up the customer service department and spoke with Anita, who said she'd be happy to ship the order out a day earlier after I placed it (which I did!). Sure enough, the order came wrapped carefully and packed with dry ice (don't touch with your bare fingers!) and still frozen.
I threw a party with a case of champagne and three containers of this puree, and I can vouch that it was an excellent party! All my guests absolutely loved the puree and gravitated towards it over the other drinks I provided. I can't vouch for the puree when cooking, but as the label says, Perfect in Bellini Cocktails!
