My husband and I waited with anticipation for this machine to arrive. Imagine our disappointment when it came and we plugged it in, only to find that it was completely dead. We called the company, and were told to cut off the cord and send it (the cord) back, along with a note, receipt, and a five-dollar check to cover the cost of shipping a new one. We don't even know if we want to try another one after that experience.

Great buy! Works great, no waste, quiet, easy to clean, easy and safe to use, and inexpensive. Glad I found this! I'm going to run to the store to get more oranges.... :-)

Bought this as a first citrus juicer and have been quite happy with it. Extracts pretty much all juice, is powerful and very easy to use - also light and easy to store. Problems I found? Not enough pulp makes it into the juice and strainer is hard to clean unless you do so RIGHT after juicing. And sadly, because it is just plastic, ours is now cracked and handle is broken. We're looking for a heavy duty replacement. Still, a great buy, especially for the price!

For a first juicer, I don't think this can be beat. As a college student who enjoys fresh juice in the mornings, this is a must have for a limited budget. My only problem is its juicing ability, it doesn't get the most juice out of the fruit. You really have to squeeze. a deserved 4.

Product did not work upon arrival, motor dead, 2 little plastic tabs on each side are the only thing that hold the juice container on the motor base, one was cracked right out of the box. They are not stout enough to last very long, can not be replaced. Pulp selector good idea, product just to wimpy for even light everyday use, would not buy again, better off with hand juicer or look at better quality product.
