HARIBO BLACK LICORICE WHEELS
i was born in Germany where we eat HARIBO Licorice/Gummi Candy the way we eat Popcorn in the US. Once you start eating, you just cannot stop.
The licorice wheels are just the REAL THING and have been around in Europe forever - around 100 years. Quality and taste ... through and through. Many licorice/gummi producers have been trying to imitate HARIBO... but no other brand comes even close!!! The wheels are chewy with a medium licorice flavor....not too sweet and not too salty. Besides that, you can have fun with them by peeling them apart into many different strings.
And to find HARIBO at Amazon.com is just as wonderful - the price cannot be beat.
You do not pay taxes, no shipping charges and then delivery directly to your place . . . what a bargain!

We love black licorice and think that Haribo Wheels is one of the best kinds we have had. It has more licorice flavor then any brand made in America. I buy a couple of 5 pound boxes of it every year.

These Licorice Wheels are OK. Maybe I expected them to be sweeter - like the Twizzler brand. But they're not.

I did not care for the flavor of this licorice. It has a very mild artificial licorice flavor. If you want real licorice flavor try Darrell Lea Original (Black) Soft Eating Liquorice, 7-Ounce Bags (Pack of 8) It costs a lot more but it is fantastic.

You want licorice, you've got licorice. These licorice wheels are a bargain no matter how many bags you get. Soft and chewy these big licorice wheels will satisfy anyone who is looking for the real taste. Nothing wimpy about THIS five pund bag. Guaranteed to not only give the most demanding licorice lover a treat that'll last for months, the unopened bag also can double as a great hand weight because it's heavy.
