I ordered this tree for my husband for our anniversary. It came on time and as expected. It is a great little tree and he loved it. It came with complete care instructions, and it was packaged well. I would definitely buy another bonsai from this company.

Extremely fast packing and shipping. Tree carefully wrapped. Ficus looked great on first arrival, and still does a month later.

EXC. TREE DELEVERED IN EXC. SHAPE. GOING ON 4 MONTHS HAVEN'T LOST A LEAF. DID SOAK IT WELL 1ST DAY THEN PLACED IN WATER HOLDING CONTAINER (HIGHLY RECOMEND). KEEP CONTAINER WITH WATER IN IT AT ALL TIMES, YOULL BE SURPRISED AT HOW MUCH WATER THE TREE WILL ABSORB. PLACED IN WINDOW GETS GREAT AFTERNOON SUNLIGHT. AN I USE SPRAY BOTTLE TO WATER THE TREES, MIST EM ,AN SPRAY THE SOIL. HOPE THIS IS HELPFULL .

THIS IS A GREAT PLANT TO HAVE (IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF ONE). BUT, IT DOESN'T COME PACKAGED ALL THAT WELL, SO MAKE SURE THAT THE WEATHER WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T RUIN IT BEFORE YOU GET A CHANCE TO ENJOY IT.
