Mixed Cereal & Vegetable Formulae Comes to America September 27, 2008
Sweet Garden has some 12 or more products for meal replacement and supplementation. The basis is cereal grain with vegetables; grains are a principle food and vegetables are a secondary food. Theory is based on feeding the body for good communication among the organs for clear, concise thinking. Having researched their foods are over 5000 years, the Chinese have developed formulae for various good results. Their philosophy of regeneration revolves around feeding the body its raw nutrients daily using a wide variety of cereals, vegetables, and fruits. Food grade herbs that can be eaten daily with beneficial results are used to make these formulae. It's the synergy of the mixed combination that provides the bodily needs and that color and flavor are involved that gives these formulae their appeal. Having followed this regimen for 40 years, I recommend it to all. One can vary the different formulae daily and seasonally with good results. Other manufacturers have similar and different formulae to choose from - variety is not an issue. Sugar is added for American consumption, yet, I'd prefer it be left out for a more natural taste.
