Good pears... bad service September 9, 2004

I recently placed an order from this company and was very disappointed. I paid extra to have pears "gift wrapped" with a note attached. Not only were the pears not gift wrapped, they were loose in bubble wrap in a fed ex box. I will never order from this coampny again.
