Slotts began its proud history as a vinegar manufacturer before the turn of the century, and since 1919, The Slotts Company of Uppsala, Sweden has been making their fine Senap (Swedish for mustard). Presently at just over 100 employees, Slotts is one of the ten biggest employers in town. With just the right level of sweet and hot, and a wonderful whole grain texture, this mustard is perfect with salmon, potatoes, ham and meatballs.
