 like a good enchilada sauce October 8, 2008
This sauce is another favorite of mine. What I like about it the best is that it's taste to me is not unlike that of freshly made red chili enchilada sauce. It is not all that "hot",(to me),but has a real good veggie-like,piquant chili taste like you'd get from a bunch of fresh New Mexico red chilis on a ristra. I buy it once in a while.It also goes good in canned "chile" to freshen up the taste,along with a can of Las Palmas red enchilada sauce.

Ive been using Pico Pica for years & years - it is always a tasty sauce (both hot & mild are good).

Thank goodness I can order this online! I moved to Louisiana from Arizona last year, and they have no good hot sauce out here. I would have family ship it out to me, but I found it's cheaper to have it shipped through amazon.com, woohoo!
