I've tried the rest, now try the best November 20, 2008
Urbani is the most fragrant and authentic of white truffle oils. Don't bother with other brands; they don't compare. I have been using Urbani for years after being burned by two other kinds.

Good flavor and relatively strong aroma to this oil. Could probably afford to dilute the pungency with E.V.O.O. in some delicate food preparations. Make sure to keep it cool and out of sunlight to extend shelflife. I will continue to use this product until something proves better.
