It doesnt matter if you are in the health food store or the grocery store, virtually all salad dressings list Soybean and/or Canola oil as their first ingredient. Even salad dressings that contain olive oil also contain soybean and/or Canola oil, to lower the cost. Wilderness Family Naturals has decided to begin a salad dressing line where the only oil used is a high quality, centrifuged, certified organic extra virgin olive oil. The first two dressings to emerge from this decision are French and Italian. Both are certified organic and made from only the highest quality ingredients.
