I bought 2 packages as Xmas presents for my father and brother. They absolutely loved them. I also got a chance to taste and found them to be delicious. The order arrived quickly. And even though there was no dry ice remaining, the steaks were still frozen by the time I got home from work. The steaks are a bit small for steak lovers, but Wisconsinmade disclosed the size and certainly didn't exagerrate or mislead. I guess it's just hard to imagine a 1/2 lb. steak without actually seeing it. I'm trying their burgers next at a bbq. Tastes a bit like beef, but a little different.
