Product Description
Fromage blanc is a white cream cheese made from skimmed cow's milk and whipped into a smooth texture. It has a very soft, almost runny consistency, similar to yogurt, and can be blended nicely as an ingredient into sauces or as a complement to desserts. It is lower in cholesterol and fat than cream cheese.

Poor shipping container May 25, 2007

I waited a month to get this product in and it shipped from CA to PA with a single ice pack. Needless to say it was quite warm when I got it.
