Product Description
Emmentaler first originated in 50 BC. It was only made in the high alpines until the 19th century when it made its way down into valleys. This hard cheese from Switzerland is riddled with holes and has a sweet aroma and a fruity flavor. This cheese is very hard to make, but when it is produced properly it is a marvelous treat.
