Delice D'Argental is similar to the beloved Explorateur. A triple cream cheese, it's enriched with creme fraiche giving it a very delicate yet rich texture that dissolves in the palate. This full bodied fromage is made in Burgundy, France. Perfect for a starter cheese course, this decadent cow's milk cheese is earthy and thick, and best paired with a sweet dessert wine such as a Sauternes (if serving it as a dessert course) or a Sancerre.
