This is a very good, inexpensive mustard. I happened upon it in a very upscale Fallot Dijon Mustard, authentic imported jar traditional mustard 7 oz jar grocery. I picked it for a silly reason-- the label--restrained and...well...French looking. Delighted with the taste, I was surprised that it is smooth instead of grainy. I have found no mustard I like as well, but it is hard to locate. Very nice to see it here on Amazon now, and at a reasonable price!

I'm so happy to find moutarde de Fallot on amazon! Until now I could only get it at the gourmet shop at Charles de Gaulle airport. It's absolutely THE best mustard, with a perfect blend of flavors. Smear a chicken with this mustard and roast it in the oven: to die for! The only problem is, you'll never want to go back to the supermarket brands like Maille or Grey Poupon.
