Our toffee is made from a delicious recipe of fresh butter, Hawaiian sugar and California almonds, coated with rich milk chocolate and smothered with chopped almonds. The result is a spectacular handmade confection famous for its delicate crunch that melts away in your mouth. Our Almond English Toffee is cooked in a copper kettle to just the right temperature. Then it is laid out on a marble table and cut into strips. Once the strips are cooled, they are enrobed in Belgian milk chocolate, then covered with an abundant supply of California roasted almonds. Pralines, like Southern hospitality, are elegant, rich, unpretentious and unequaled. You can almost taste them! The plumpest, freshest walnuts from the crop are the only ones good enough to coat with the sweet crystalline glaze of sherry-flavored penuche that melts on your tongue.
