Great and can be mixed with water for those who are wanting to lose weight about weight loss surgery. It is also a thick shake and not gritty tasting and a complete protein and tastes good too. I have also had the banana nut and it is good also. Mix this with water and ice for a nice treat. If you have someone in your family who is sick and needs extra nutrition and needs to gain weight add this to milk. A lot of protein shakes make me hurl but this is one of the brands that is a good tasting one and has good nutrition. It is recommended by the bariatric weight loss center that I go to. My brother in law that is a body builder that watches his weight likes this too.If you want a thinner shake add more cold water.
