I believe this stuff works as advertised. I use it following my workouts whether it's a couple hours on the bicycle or half an hour on the treadmill. As I've lost a lot of weight the past year (70+ pounds), this has helped me keep the muscles properly rebuilt following my workouts, so the fat is burned instead of muscle. Also since I've been using it, I've rarely ever had muscle soreness following my workouts.
