These are the best pancakes, bar none! My 2-1/2 year old grand-daughter demands these pancakes whenever she visits, and once served, quickly eats 5 or 6 of them in one sitting! These pancakes are light and don't fill you up at all, so you can enjoy all the other breakfast items on your plate, without worrying about feeling "stuffed" too soon. The taste is excellent, especially with butter and syrup, or even with raspberries, blueberries, and other toppings. These pancakes are easy to make, and don't take much time at all. Highly recommended!
