Made a wonderful, wonderful, rich, chocolate cake for a special birthday this past weekend and what a great cocoa this is! The company shipped it promptly and I'm a happy customer!

Not hardly. Am trying to find a replacement to Hershey's Dutch processed cocoa, which they "improved" and made worse. This is equal to Hershey's current dutch cocoa. Will not buy again.
