I like chocolate better but vanilla is good with frozen fruit almost like a smoothie.

This is a wonderful health product. I gave some to my parents and they are now customers. My sister just got a great health report from her doctor after switching from prescription drugs for some conditions to Rice and Shine. We all love the flavors and the many ways the product can be used. Makes a great "malt" when mixed with milk and ice in the blender. We love both the vanilla and the chocolate. Try adding strawberries, bannans,etc. to the vanilla. Ummm Good!

I didn't experience any of the "amazing results" that this product bragged about. Not to mention that it's so gritty that swallowing it is like tyring to choke down dry toast.
It tastes awful. The only benefit I see is the fiber content, but this method of delivery is nowhere near enjoyable. This stuff is awful, and not worth the 35 dollars that it cost. If you want fiber, eat some veggies or take a supplement. This stuff is NASTY!
If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Product tastes OK, but nutritional content appears minimal as a "meal replacement" for the price. Product is advertised by woman who claims to have done research on rice to help eliminate famine. How can this product be so expensive in that case? I can't afford it...how could a third world person? Nice come-on but apparently her research has NOTHING to do with THIS product! Hey, if you want great, cheap, low carb protein, eat an EGG! I don't know WHAT I was thinking!

This product works, but it is a little bit expensive. Tastes great in a shake with banana, milk and ice!!
