I am on a low carb diet and this is great stuff. I can't say enough about this product, it is great!!! I tell my husband (he loves it too!) that it tastes just like regular pasta you can't tell the difference. I recommend this pasta to everyone!!!

What a treat to be able to eat pasta again. On a low-carb diet it is one of the things we really missed. This product is great tasting and it is hard to believe it is low-carb. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Excellent low-carb product December 27, 2007
I have tried a lot of low carb products that were not very good, and I absolutely love pasta. So I was very surprised when I tried Dreamfields Pasta. It tastes exactly like regular pasta, every kind (elbows, spaghetti, rotini, etc.). Finally something that allows people to eat what they love and cut back on carbs at the same time! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to cut carbs without being able to tell.
