Wow! Dreamfields is awesome! My husband is type 1 diabetic, and I follow a controlled carb lifestyle with him. Our daughter even loves this stuff! A lot of low carb foods are just plain tasteless, and often the texture just doesn't work well. These pastas are wonderful! Taste, texture, everything is great. And, yu can trust me, I'm Italian! :)

Not at all as wonderful as described in the literature Mahota's blood sugar shot up after she ate the whole box at one sitting. She says she still thinks they say it has insulin in it. The advertising is not too clear.

The product was awful. I tried one dish & threw the rest out. It didn't taste or feel close to regular spaghetti. I am diabetic so I decided to try low carb spaghetti. The write ups on this product are extremely misleading. I guessDreamfields Healthy Low Carb Living Pasta, Penne Rigate, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) i will have to do without spaghetti@

Yum. You won't be able to tell the difference, except... you won't feel that glycemic spike. Even picky guys like this pasta. One always asks if this is the o.k. kind to eat. The spike that makes sugar sensative people (some think about 75% of the population)want to go on a 3 day carb. binge. Still though, be sure to follow the portion size. A calorie is a calorie.
