St. Helen's goat's milk butter is the perfect alternative to cow's milk butter. It is made from pure pasteurized goat's cream with a pinch of salt to bring out the full flavor. Churned in the traditional farmhouse way, this is smooth and creamy butter that all will enjoy. Le Gall Butter from Brittany (France): The lush pastures of Brittany are home to dairy herds that produce rich creamy yellow butter. Their famous salted butter is now available through Le Gall made in the old Celtic city of Quimper. Made with fleur de sel from the marshes of Guerande. Vermont Sea Salt Butter: Vermont Butter & Cheese Company makes this award-winning butter from fresh, high fat, local cream. Experienced butter makers churn the cream into butter, sea salt crystals are added, then each basket is packed by hand.
