Product Description
Gyro Meat Not Cooked and Not Sliced. Made from Beef and Lamb Meat. Contains bread crumbs. Made in the USA. Cooking Instructions: Place gyro loaf in a baking tray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thawed will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Frozen will take 2-3 hours. Servings: This 2 1/2 lb package will make approx. 7-12 gyros sandwiches, depending on the thickness of the slices cut and the number of slices used.

the meat was actually quite tastey...however, shipping costs were almost as much as i paid for the meat.

I got this loaf for me and my boo's family. They were very impressed with my gyro as well as my winning personality. I could not ask for a better way to impress the parents of your significant other!
