 Great gift idea January 12, 2007
The chocolates and service are great. My recipients are always pleased, even though some live in San Francisco and could buy their own around the corner!
 Did Not Ship on Time November 3, 2006
Not only did they not ship on time, but they did not respond to 2 emails. On my 3rd try they finally responded, but did not offer to refund my money. They wanted to reship when the intended receiver (my mom's birthday) returned from a trip. Obviously they missed the date and I had already sent another gift for my mom's birthday. They never checked back with me to see if they could make things right. Surprised, as I have ordered many times in the past without a problem.
