Poor shipping and communication April 11, 2007

The bunny arrived in completely useless, liquid form. The seller refused any refund. After more than a half hour on the phone, long distance to Tennessee, the seller agreed to send another one, packed appropriately (with ice packs, etc) at full price. I agreed, and then they never sent it.
