A creamy blend of dark & milk chocolate to create the perfect balance of sweetness to compliment the distinctive taste of Guiness. Our Guinness ganache is filled into a white Belgian chocolate shell that has a green cocoa butter shamrock painted on top. To accompany these delicious Irish treasures we have dressed up our Baileys Irish Cream truffles with an Irish flag painted on the chocolate, also with cocoa butter.
