TruffleCremes Formula 52 is a wonderfully delightful "dark" chocolate piece, wrapped in silver foil. We flavor our dark chocolate truffle creme with Ephemere (caramelized cream & caramelized sugar notes) and enrobe it with a dipping chocolate made from a blend of West African and South American cacao (53%).
