 Very disappointed May 11, 2008
I was very disappointed with this arrangement. The only thing my mother received that was correct was the sunflowers. The purple flowers were replaced with pink flowers. And there was no vase. If there were going to be substitutions this should have been mentioned. It definitely should have been mentioned that you had no intention of including a vase. I will never use Winning Gifts again.

Although my mother liked the flowers, there was no vase as appeared in the photo, and she noticed the flowers had gotten frosted, possibly in transit.
