I ordered this bouquet for Mother's Day and sent it to my mom. I called to make sure she received it, and she did. BUT when she unwrapped the bouqet, all of the tulip stems were rotten and moldy and the tulip heads fell over the side of the vase and broke off of the stems.
Winning Gifts did send another bouquet the following week, but I would have rather had a refund, since the gift was supposed to be for Mother's Day. A week later isn't quite the same.
I certainly won't be using them again.
