 Nice flowers- arrived late July 31, 2008
The flowers were beautiful I was told, however, I paid for express shipping & they arrived after the birthday. Made me look like I forgot. Pretty crappy considering I paid an extra $10...
 Proflowers delivers June 7, 2008
The flowers arrived right on my girlfriends birthday which was great, considering that they were a birthday gift. They arrive in bud form, so they bloom in front of your eyes which is cool. Also, I have ordered from proflowers before and they have never let me down. I highly recommend proflowers.

I ordered roses for 2008 Valentine's Day for my wife, when they failed to arrive by 10:30 pm, I called their customer service. The flowers were not picked up from their distribution warehouse by their delivery service and were never sent. Customer Service cancelled my credit card charge and promised to send free flowers to my wife. No free flowers ever came, instead I recieved an email questionnaire asking how I liked the Valentine's Day flowers I ordered. I responded negatively to the email and have not had a reply to date. To add further aggravate the situation, I keep getting more email requests to order flowers from them for other occassions. I shall not order from them again, since I would not trust them a second time.

I was disappointed for the item I purchased. I like the way it looked in the internet. I ordered it to be sent to friend out of state. But when my friend send me the photo of the flower,it is not even the same as what I saw. I felt I was cheated. You are supposely buying something you saw not something completely different. I will not buy from this supplier anymore.

Great present but arrived a few days later than promised. Can't beat the price though... order well in advance.
