 Cord too short, otherwise seems to work November 24, 2008
Installation wasn't too fun since the cord is much too short! The sensor needs to be mounted in an unobstructured area for rain, obviously, so it's likely you need to place it on the roof or other high structure. But the cord isn't that long enough enough for a one-story low ceiling mount! I had to add my own wire which was unnecesarily complicated. Manufacturer should've included more cord or at least have left the wires bare with quick twist on plugs at the end. Anyway, seems to work so far.
