Warranty: All plants are inspected and Greenthumbpalms.com has a General Nursery Stock Inspection Certificate, from the state of Florida, with our nursery LICENSE #. All Plants are guaranteed to be true to species and in good health when shipped. I mostly sell very hearty Bamboos and Palms species, and rarely have a shipping problem. That being said, shipping is stressful to the live plant. This is why we fortify the soil, buy specialized boxes, and ship only on Monday & Tuesday. If you have a problem with your order or the condition of the plants when you receive them, just let me know. I will do everything within reason to satisfy you. I am too new to online selling to create a blanket return policy, so for now returns will be handle on an individual basis. Bambusa Vulgaris Wamin Buddha Belly w/ NEW SHOOTS EMERGING, similar to the picture, trimmed to fit a 30" shipping box 1 gallon size. These are well rooted and have new shoots emerging. Plants are shipped in 1g nursery pot wrapped in plastic and canes cut to fit into a 30" shipping box. The pots these bamboos are planted in are fortified with nutrients and organic compounds that will foster root development and an amazing shoot producing cycle of rapid growth. Will grow into a 12' tall clump if planted in the ground. Makes a beautiful landscape specimen. These are well rooted, Established plants and are not SEEDLINGS and do not come from SEEDS!
