Based on original illustrations by Lenox artist Louise Le Luyer, the designs on Butterfly Meadow fine bone porcelain dinnerware include realistic depictions of actual butterflies for the nature lover. This 9-inch accent plate features not only a blue fritillary butterfly but a bee and ladybug, all investigating a spray of yellow flowers. Scalloped edges on the plate echo the delicate wing structure of a butterfly, yet the porcelain is very durable and safe for the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Several almond croissants or large raspberry muffins can be heated directly on the plate and taken right to the breakfast table. Lenox backs its products with a lifetime warranty, and will replace any unsatisfactory item or provide the customer a full refund. I collect the butterfly settings. At the first time it is so beautiful,
as always I do, getting tired of it. It is not everyday dishes,but it will be fun to use in spring when the guest come over.
Most of all the pasta bowl is the keeper and fruitbowl ,too.
