The long, sinewy lines of this tall and thin crystal vase are ideal for displaying a single red rose or other floral delights. Standing 7-3/4-inches tall, the vase stands on a stable base and gracefully rises to its slightly flared top in a sculptural manner. The dramatic visual appeal is heightened by slightly curved side walls which create a soft, sensuous mood. Always a classic, you'll be sure to keep the vase for years and years. The Cristal D'Arques Longchamp collection adds a celebratory air to any occasion. It's always the right choice for special moments when only crystal is appropriate. It's also great for giving an added emphasis to less formal events. Designed and made in France, the pattern is made of 24 percent full lead crystal and includes deep, diamond-shaped bevels that capture and refract light at interesting angles. Cristal D'Arques Longchamp was introduced more than 40 years ago, and so includes many accessories; buy this bud vase to begin a collection or to add to an already existing one. If given proper care, it's durable enough to stand up to years of use. If washing in a dishwasher, use a liquid or gel detergent suitable for decorated or delicate items and wash on a gentle cycle. Beautiful little bud vase that sparkles in the light is nicely weighted; sits atop my piano with a single rose looking expensive and elegant (although reasonably priced). Exactly as described and exactly what I wanted.

I love the Crystal d'Arques "Longchamp" collection because the pieces are so classic and yet affordable enough for everyday use. This bud vase is no exception. The design is lovely, intricate and weighty enough to pass for substantially higher priced cut crystal. It's also nice and slim, so you can easily tuck them onto windowsills, use at each place setting on a formal table, or group on a nightstand. Plus, you'll have a good excuse to buy yourself a few more fresh flowers. Lovely!
