I ordered this plant for a birthday !! It was delivered to ME instead! My billing address!! Can you believe it? So, a day AFTER my 84 year old grandmothers birthday - they delivered another with a note of apology (big deal).
I have had pretty good experiences in the past with AMAZON-- its not Amazon at all...its the companies that they choose to use. Had another incident where the item wasn't shipped for nearly 2 months. With no explanation as to why.
I think Amazon should pay closer attention to the vendors that they use...it only gives AMAZON the bad name.
