Lenox's Swept Away cake topper continues to capture the spirit of the wedding day long after the last toast is made. Intricately detailed, the fine china sculpture features a young groom sweeping a young bride literally off her feet. Holding her in his arms, he stands on a cobblestone platform near a footed vase of flowers. Both bride and groom have platinum accents on their wedding finery and wear tiny platinum rings. A gleaming glaze highlights their clothing and the stand, while a softer, matte glaze covers their hands and faces. Absolutely beautiful January 22, 2007
This wedding cake topper is absolutely beautiful and stands alone as a wonderful keepsake. My daughter was so surprised when her father and I presented to her.
A beautiful piece! January 9, 2007
I received this as a gift for my Bridal Shower and used it as a cake topper on my wedding day. After my wedding I placed it in a nook with a frame from the same Lenox collection (containing photos from our wedding day) and it now serves as a beautiful display piece. I love it so much that when a friend placed it on her registry, I didn't hesitate to buy it from Amazon for her.
