While in Europe, we sampled some delicious Belgian chocolates. They were so superb and delicious, we couldn't resist bringing them back with us. Although the chocolates sold in specialty chocolate shoppes are filled with real cream, no other commercially available chocolates are made this way, due to the perishability of cream-filling.To produce this chocolate, Ovidias has reinvented the way Belgian chocolates are packaged. The patented solution consists of each chocolate being individually wrapped in a air-flushed pouch, then packed in an easy-to-open aluminum can. This system preserves freshness at color. It also allows you to enjoy real Belgian cream-filled chocolates that taste like they were made fresh on the day they're opened. Available in two varieties, Multi Mix is a sinful mix of Ovidias' white, dark, and milk chocolates. Nut Mix offers a variety of chocolate truffles filled with cream and crushed nuts. I am a true dark chocolate lover. I have tried chocolate from all parts of the world. This is the best I have ever eaten. i got my first Ovidias in a gift basket from igourmet at Christmas and had to have more.
