Order never arrived with poor customer service May 30, 2007

Ordered this particular basket a full week ahead to be delivered the day before Mother's Day and even paid the extra $50 shipping for special delivery. I called on Mother's Day to find out how she enjoyed the gift basket and was shocked and embarassed to hear that it never arrived. I canceled my order immediately. Received a phone message the next day stating that they would send it the next day with no charge for shipping and handling. I returned the call and spoke with customer service to let them not to bother and suddenly the connection was broken! I promptly called back, asked for the same rep, and told her to cancel my order ASAP. I will not do business with this company again.
